Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. We dispatch Monday to Friday using Royal Mail Tracked services.

UK Delivery

Choose the delivery option that suits you at checkout:

• FREE — Royal Mail 48 (2–3 working days)
• £3.00 — Royal Mail 24 (1–2 working days)
• £7.99 — Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day, guaranteed) — someone must be available to sign for the parcel

Please note: parcels are not considered lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date.

International Delivery

We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs range from £9.99 to £19.99 depending on the size and weight of your order — the exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 7–14 working days, though this can vary depending on local customs processing.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
