Returns & Refunds Policy

At Always Looking Good, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's everything you need to know about returning an item.

Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return guarantee in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us if you'd like to return it.

To begin a return, simply contact us within that 14-day window by email, phone, or letter — and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Please note: personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or we have made an error. This includes any item engraved, embroidered, or printed to your specification. We'd encourage you to double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order — we're always happy to help if you're unsure.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. If an item has been opened, used, or damaged while in your possession, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to refund opened products unless they are faulty.

Return Postage

Unless we delivered the wrong item or the item is faulty, the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery so your return is tracked.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us to notify us of your return (see details below).
  2. Reuse the original packaging where possible.
  3. Include your name and address inside the parcel so we can process it quickly.
  4. Send your return to:

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If you haven't heard from us after 14 days, please get in touch with a copy of your Post Office receipt and we'll investigate straight away.
