14-Day Return Guarantee
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us if you'd like to return an item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us by email or phone within that window and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or we have made an error. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Condition of Returns
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item has been opened, used, or damaged. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Return Postage
Unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.

How to Return
Contact us to notify us of your return. Reuse the original packaging where possible and include your name and address inside the parcel. Send to: Returns Dept., ALG, 8/2 Bankend Road, Dumbarton, G82 2RT. We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
