2. Orders & Personalisation
By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details entered are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer. For custom or corporate orders, a proof will be provided for approval before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; a full refund will be issued promptly in such cases.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price at the time of your order will always be honoured. We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds
